Applying to Element
If you're going to apply to us then please take 5-10 minutes to read the following information below. Applying to Element means you agree to all what is listed below. If you fail to follow these policies below, then don't expect your stay to be long.
- Upon joining Element you are put on Trial for a maximum of 2 weeks, Your raid attendance, attitude, skill and how you conduct yourself in game will be carefully monitored over this period of time. In this 2 week trial period you have to prove you are worth something to our guild. If we don't feel this is the case, don't expect to be staying with us.
- Upon your trial you will be expected to have a high attendance, if you know you can't keep a high attendance, then please do not waste yourself and our time applying. We know some people have reality to get on with and we're not expecting you to play for 16 hours per day, but you should be willing to put the time in to raid and progress.
- You are expected to play for the guild, and not yourself. If you whine about having to sit a raid out here and there, or whine about some loot, then this guild is not for you. Do not bother wasting our time applying to us, some fights require different raid setup's and may result in you not getting a spot here and there.
- Be true to your class and the guild, what we are not looking for is someone who applies as one class, gears up, then decides they are bored and wants to reroll another class, or doesn't plan staying with us that long. We're not going to accept someone who just wants gear for their character and then move onto something else.
- Have Exceptional gear and experience in end-game raiding. We do not want people who have never been in Ulduar or ToC before in their Wotlk history.
- Element raids 4 nights a week, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 19:00-23:00 (Sometimes to 24:00 During progress nights) server time. You will be required to attend as many progression raids as possible, if you only accept for farming raids, do not expect to pass your trial.
- If you are a bad player, we will let you know. Failing and not giving it your best is not the attitude we want in Element. If you are happy to wipe while we push for hard mode clearance and are willing to learn then you'll have no problem joining us. But on the other hand if you are a down-right twat, and don't give a shit. We will treat you as you treat us.
- You MUST BE ABLE TO USE A MICROPHONE ON VENTRILO. Nothing more annoying that someone typing something mid raid and dying because they couldnt move in time.
- You need to be able to adapt to raiding situations when something does not go to plan, been a team player is what we're looking for.
