Previous Guilds: So.. i was on Outbreak when i was alliance, now Outbreak as far as i know is called Temple as H orde faction. After i was in Outbreak i joined Exception. Exception was one of the top Alliance guilds on bloodfeather these days. After exception i joined To be Continued. Number 1 guild on alliance side on bloodfeather, now called Unending. and still being on a high position. Migrated to Lightning's Blade as horde and joined some fairly decent guilds venturing with em into ICC 25. Guilds like Serenity, Tempus Grace, Conflict. Today i came back to Bloodfeather and did some research about Element.

Reason For Leaving: Due to Faction change i wanted to see how one of the best european servers are. i left To be Continued because i didnt want to be part of a pretty slopy merge at that time. Exception left cause of slow disban and then i went to Lightning's Blade. Left Serenity so i can come back to bloodfeather, Tempus Grace and Conflict because Loot Council was not as it should be since officers were looking at gearing their friends and certain people without looking into progressing with a fun mood for everyone to have fun and being rewared fairly and honestly.

Unavailable Raid Times: Yes. These times suit me very well as do the days.

Reasons for AFKing: i never go afk on raids. you might hear that a lot but no. i simply dont.

Why Us: i apply here because i want to have an endgame experience with you guys.. being respected. i care more about whole progress than looting.. i only want to be treated as a part of a team and respected the way i respect people

Why You: 1st of all im a sexy Bloodelf so thats at least a +, admit it. But seriously, im comitted, responcible and not a freaking whiner. as i said. for me watching my self venture into Icecrown Citadel and other upcoming events, with a team working all together is more important than whining about "WHY DIDNT YOU GIVE ME THE FREAKING PRIMORDIAL SARONITE NINJA" i mean, give me a break. Progress> Loot. Thats me. i respect, i boost my focus and concentration while raiding and have some fun at the same time since this is what its all about at the end of the day. Chilling saying how awesome it was downing that bastard after 15 wipes before allmost every other guild on the server. Thats what my self would think about PvE and Guild Raiding. Hope i gave ya an idea of my way of thinking.

What you expect From us: As i said before i apply here because ive done my research. Asked friends and seen your forums. I expect respect and a decent raiding atmosphear.

Extras: spell rotation: Living Bomb, Scorch, Fireball and Every Hot Streak Pyroblast is triggered instantly without letting it fade away or being renewed by other streaks.

: Ive chosen fire spec because with the combination of great synchronization, addon help, fire combo macros i can max out dps bringing out whole loads of damage. An other reason is that im never out of mana. leaving me only focus on boss and Hot Streaks. Also Living Bomb can be of great help

I would like to apologize what armory still does not show my items because of the migrate..:/ i just thought i could give you a slight descripion of what my gear looks like..4/5 Sanctified(not the shoulders, i got the ones from Proffesor Putri) so head: Sanctified, Shoulders: From proffesor 10 man, Chest:Sanctified, Wrist:Rotface 25 man, Weapon: Nibelung, wand: rotface 25, trinkets: Muradins spyglass, and the one from 60 Frost which gives hit. Rings: exalted with ashen verdict one and the other one from 25 marrowgar. Boots: 25 man festergut, belt: 25 Marrowgar, hands:Sanctified.

Finally Armory Link now ready. Thank you for waiting guys and Blizzard has updated my armory status. You can now go and see everything. Will be waiting for your reply.

Ye this guys seems good, was talking to him for hmm, hours, just about gear choices, rotation, spell prio etc, he has made a few changes since when he first applied, ie. swapped out his offset shoulders for tier and is changing to badged gloves for now for optimal crit, also he got frozen bone spike which owns that Nieblung, but ye this guy gets a thumbs up from me, only worry is can we fit him in raids.

Thanks for posting some of my updates element since all of this that ele described happend yesterday you can see everything on my char on armory since blizz updated. Also after getting the frost emblem gloves in 4 days im changing my hit trinket with Nevermelting crystal boosting my spelldamage by A LOT. And boosting my crit when going all out on cooldowns by very high amounts therefore getting Pyroblast hot streaks much more often.reaching 3040 sp on fire spec.and since im socketing the gloves with 2x 23 Spellpower gems im reaching 3086 sp. Just a small update i wanted to inform you guys of.waiting for your reply.

I don't know a lot about Mages so as far as I'm concerned he looks good to me.
However, saying that even if he isn't that great he seems to have the right attitude.
Trying to improve yourself, speaking in clear english and being active on forum (albeit ony on his own application).
I'm pretty sure that with that attitude the question will quickly become "can we afford to not put him in raids".

But Im a tard so w/e.

So I have read the application, a bit messy on a few subjects, but other then that it looks okay.

I just got back from my internet inactivity so I can't really said if we are full on mages or not, I will need a few raiding days to decide, I'm going to check with Cloysta & Mosphet about this actually.
