Reason For Leaving: I was one of the main healers in Paranoid in the days of Uldar and ToC and then left for Evolution when Paranoid disbaned and became one of the leading officers.But still even thought we were progressing for a time many raiders where never online so i did what i could do to keep the guild alive but still nothing...so i left and went horde

Reasons for AFKing: no there is nothing that will send me afk

Why Us: I have heard nice things of your guild and i know you are progressing a lot and you are all expirienced players that know how to play

Why You: For one thing ( i do not want to be optimistic) but i know how the shaman works and all of his skills when i see most shammies not knowing how to heal and how to react in a pressing healing fight.My gear and my achievments show how much i know the shamans and the Kingslayer on icc10 is something that i am really proud of and something that earned with my skills

What you expect From us: I expect raids that promise progress throught fun and gear of course and i also except ,most of all,people that are friendly and know how to speak and that react friendly with other people in guild and in vent

Extras: well...not really

Gear - Not really on par with our current level, we are aiming for lk25hc atm and not having atleast full sanctified or more ilvl 277 items other then the ring isn't helpfull.

Gemming - Haste stacking is the way to go nowadays for resto shamans, and I see you are familiar with that, but you need the mana regen to back it up, and you're using the wrong option's to back it up. I suggest dropping Althor's with a Solace (having dual solace would be optimal, but I assume that getting the heroic one is out of reach for you). Revitalizing Skyflare is inferior to Insightfull Earthsiege, as the Insightfull restores 600 mana on any spellcast with a proc-chance of 5% and an internal cooldown of 15 seconds.

Enchants - Your head and shoulder enchants are incorrect, you should get the 30sp+20crit on your head and 24sp+15crit on your shoulders, the 35 crit-rating on these enchant's outweigh the 18mp5, as the crit directy increases Improved Water Shield proc's and thus returning more mana. As for your boots, replace the 7mp5 with Tuskarr's Vitality. Alot of fights are mobility based and you will certainly need it to get out of defiles etc. The rest is looking decent.

Glyphs - Drop Water Mastery, get Glyph of Earthshield, Glyph of Riptide used be a very good option aswell with the 2-piece from tier9, but not anymore. Always glyph for the moment, Sindragosa Hc is a known heavy tank damage fight, and Lk25hc can two shot any well geared tank, so the Glyph of Earthshield is a must have, it also never overheals.

Overall I can tell by your enchant's, glyph choices and gemming that you are experiencing mana problems. Instead of looking for ways to improve this by enchant's and gemming, try changing your playstyle. Drop Mana Tide early in the fight, even if you're at ike 70% mana
so you can use it twice in an encounter. Don't hold back to ask for innervates aswell, make a macro to one of your druids for it.
You're still lacking haste aswell, you should have atleast more then 1100.

As for raid spot's, I am currently the main restoration shaman in Vex, seeing that Umbrago, our other resto shaman is on holiday to Malaysia for a couple of weeks. I doubt we'll be able to fit you in in my opinion. We had three resto shaman's a couple of months ago, which resulted in one being benched every week. The decision is with Mosphet and Axicil however.
